GENERAL REMARKS
- These electric vehicles are not approved to be used on the roads
- Do not leave the electric vehicle in the rain as the water leaks into the grease of the ball-and-socket joint
- During the intense heat (the temperature superior to 35°C) park the electric vehicle in the shadow
RESPECT IMPERATIVELY THE FOLLOWING USING CONDITIONS TO AVOID BURNING OUT THE ENGINE
- The electric vehicle must imperatively be stopped to start again in the opposite direction in order not to burn out the electrical relays
Forward - STOP - Reverse or conversely
- Switch off the contact of the vehicle once it is stopped not to overheat the electric relays
- Do not overload the electric vehicle: the maximum authorised charge: 400kg
- Do not step on the accelerator and on the break at the same time
LUBRIFICATION
- Add the grease (Vaseline) with the grease injector about every 6 months into the front train.
- Empty the vehicle about once a year: open the oil crankcase in the back axle, let the oil run into and then fill in with the 1.5 l of the lubricant (SHELL : Hyper Bevel Gear).
Think to verify from time to time the general bolting which can work loose with the vibrations of the vehicle.
